Heart Smart is a FREE educational class that is open to all patients and their families or support persons. The class is designed to teach participants how to manage heart disease through cholesterol medication and lifestyle changes.
Topics include: risk factors for heart disease, blood cholesterol targets, and exercise and dietary guidelines for managing cholesterol.
Classes are held twice a month on Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
